NEF Students in the Previous Year
 The Scholarship Scheme supports local university students who can work for nature conservation in the future. In the Japanese fiscal year 2006 (April 2006-March 2007), financial support was extended to 394 scholars including 61 new students in the six countries (Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Myanmar and Lao PDR).
